Oasis Development and Real4You Immobilien, developers of the Family Center shopping network, have leased space to C & A for its first store in Ramnicu Valcea in Southern Romania, opening spring 2012. The new store C & A will occupy an area of 800 sqm in the Family Center Ramnicu Valcea. Oasis Development and Real4You opened the Family Center commercial gallery in Ramnicu Valcea in early 2011 with an investment of around EUR 7 million.

C & A is an international chain of fashion retail clothing stores founded in 1841, with its European head offices in Vilvoorde (near Brussles), Belgium and  Düsseldorf, Germany.
