Local private equity fund Catalyst Romania has invested EUR 1 million in local software developer 123ContactForm.

Catalyst, which supports small and medium-sized companies in the technology, media and telecom sector, has bought a minority stake in the IT company.

123ContactForm develops software products to help companies and NGOs build survey forms. Most of the company’s services are used by clients from the United States, UK, Canada and Australia.

Catalyst Romania is the first private equity fund dedicated to Romania. It is mainly funded through the European Investment Fund, via the JEREMIE initiative (Joint European Resources for Micro to Medium Enterprises).
