Chefs attempt to build Tower of Pizza at Bucharest Food Festival in Romania

The fifth edition of the Bucharest Food Festival will be held in Tineretului Park in Bucharest, between June 16 to June 19. This edition is centered on Pasta and Pizza. At the event, world-class chefs will build the Tower of Pizza, a scale copy of one tenth of the famous Tower of Pisa.

During the four days, the public will be able to find out about the real history of pasta, pizza and even ketchup, will take part in cooking demonstrations conducted by famous chefs Horia Varlan (in picture) and Chef Cezar, and will also learn how to prepare pizza by traditional methods. Besides pizza and pasta, the visitors will also find the finest gourmet products from Romania, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary and Greece.

Tickets for this event can be purchased for RON 3, children aged under 14 accompanied by an adult have free access. More information about the festival, here.
