Chromosome Dynamics (CHRD), a developer of IT & AI solutions for agribusiness, will be listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on May 5.

The company reported a business of RON 4.75 mln (EUR 0.95 mln) last year and estimates a 600% increase in revenues in 2023, based on products already developed or under development.

Currently, the company's most advanced project is Agrobazar, a digital platform that is revolutionizing the way the consulting and sale-purchase processes in the agricultural field are currently carried out. Since its launch in 2021 and until now, total sales through the platform have exceeded RON 2.5 mln, Ziarul Financiar reported. In total, the website www.agrobazar.ro had over a million unique visits.

"We set out for Agrobazar to be a one-stop-shop for Romanian farmers, meant to cover the entire agri-food sector [...]. We expect that total sales through the platform will reach the threshold of RON 8 mln by the end of 2022," said Mugurel Ionel, founder of Chromosome Dynamics.
