Citibank has installed an ATM which allows users to withdraw both RON and EUR. The ATM is located in the bank's branch in Baneasa Shopping City mall, north of capital city Bucharest. The new Citibank agency uses the smart banking concept and is digitized. It includes a videophone, an electronic wall, a media wall, electronic brochures on Apple iPads, as well as wireless network available all throughout the shopping mall.

The videophone, the Citibank Online and the ATM services are available non-stop in the agency, while the regular banking services and consultants will be available daily between 10,00 and 19,00 hours.
