Comision Trade buys AutoMat gas stations in Romania for EUR 2 mln
The AutoMat chain of gas stations was purchased through auction by Comision Trade, a company from Braila, for EUR 2 million. The auction was held at the request of lender Bancpost, for a debt of EUR 2 million and RON 2 million, including interest and penalties, according to local Wall-street.ro.
The chain of 17 gas stations without personnel was developed by Bioromoil, a company specialized in biodiesel trade, which few years ago announced plans to open up to 100 such gas stations.
Bioromoil, owned by Vladilslav Chetrar, entered insolvency in the fall of 2012.
Comision Trade was established in 1994, having as main activity the en-gros and en-detail trade of automotive fuel.
