Automotive manufacturing company Continental recently appointed a new general manager for its Automotive location in Sibiu, Romania, reports local Capital. The new general manager, Sami Krimi has been working with Continental for 12 years.

He replaces Oswald Kolb at the helm of the Romanian subsidiary. Kolb takes over as general manager of the location in Tianjin, China.

Continental started activity in Sibiu in 2003. The company has created over 2,800 jobs in Sibiu, out of which over 800 engineers and 250 technicians. Continental plans to continue expansion in Romania and increase the number of employees in the future.
