Coresi Shopping Resort in Romania's Brasov, 75% completed

French real-estate developer Immochan has completed 75% of the commercial center Coresi Shopping Resort in Brasov, Central Romania, following an investment worth EUR 60 million.

The project, which is due to be finished in spring 2015, had an 80% occupancy rate in September this year, according to the developers, reports local Wall-street.ro.

The first tenants are expected to settle in December. The project includes an indoor amusement center and a 3,200 sqm cinema with eight digital halls, a 32,000 sqm shopping gallery and 2,400 parking spaces.

The company bought 100 hectares of land in 2012 on the former Tractorul factory platform in Brasov, where it is currently building the Coresi Shopping Resort project. Immochan is the real-estate branch of the French retailer Auchan.
