Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly chairman to meet Romania's Parliament's chairs
The Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Mevlut Cavusoglu, currently on an official visit to Romania, on Tuesday will meet Chairman of the Romanian Senate Mircea Geoana and Speaker of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies Roberta Anastase.
Also on Tuesday, Cavusoglu is scheduled to meet Foreign Minister Teodor Baconschi and Patriarch Daniel of the Romanian Christian Orthodox Church.
On Wednesday, Cavusoglu will meet President Traian Basescu and hold a news conference at the Chamber of Deputies, according to a press release issued by the chamber. He will also meet representatives of local authorities in Tulcea.
PACE Chairman Cavusoglu is visiting Romania at the invitation of Speaker Anastase.
