Credit broker sells more loans in Romania
Credit broker Kiwi Finance ended last year with a turnover of EUR 1.4 million, up 10% over 2013. It also recorded a volume of brokered loans of EUR 67.9 million, up 11% over the previous year.
The brokered credits for individuals represented 96% of the company’s portfolio. Some 65% of these were standard mortgages, a quarter were personal loans, and 7% represented loans under the First House program.
Brokered credits for companies accounted for only 4% of the company’s portfolio.
The highest increase year-on-year was in the standard mortgage segment. This went up by 39% compared to 2013.
