Real estate developer EMCT Romania has recently changed its ownership structure and Cristian Damoc became a new partner, according to the company. Thus, the new capital structure of the company is formed of Michael Richard , with 55 percent of the shares, Laurent Mathurin – 17 percent, Mircea Curuia - 17 percent, Cristian Damoc - 10 percent, and EMCT Limited - 1 percent.

Cristian Damoc, 43, graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and led the Department of Marketing, Leasing and Management of Sun Plaza shopping center in the last 3 years. With an experience of 10 years in this field, he was involved in some of EMCT's  most important projects.

Sun Plaza shopping center was opened in February 2010 by EMCT Romania and Sparkassen Immobilien. EMCT Romania had a turnover of around EUR 31 million (RON 130 million) in 2010, and plans to develop new projects in Romania.
