Dacia employees get Christmas bonuses of over EUR 200
The employees of the Romanian car producer Automobile Dacia will receive bonuses of RON 927 (EUR 205.6) for Christmas, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
The company, which is part of French Renault group, has 14,000 employees.
In addition to the Christmas bonuses, the company has spent about EUR 30 million for other types of bonuses this year. These include Easter bonuses, gift vouchers, food vouchers, hot meals, subsidized transport. The benefits are stipulated in the company’s collective labor agreement.
The average gross salary of the Dacia employees reached RON 4,907 (EUR 1,088) in October this year. This translates into a net salary of over RON 3,400 (EUR 754), up 4% compared to the same previous year. The total revenue includes the base salary, seniority, overtime and bonuses.
Automobile Dacia posted a turnover of RON 19.1 billion (EUR 4.2 billion) last year, up 2% compared to the previous year.
