Dedeman pays EUR 6 mln for 3ha of land in Bucharest
Romanian Do-It-Yourself retailer Dedeman has agreed to buy almost 3 hectares of land in Bucharest for EUR 5.9 million, with VAT, from Rosal Group, a company owned by the son of Romanian politician and businessman Silviu Prigoana, reports local Mediafax.
The five plots of land subject to the deal, with a total area of 29,700 sqm, are located in Bucharest’s District 3. The price agreed by the parties is EUR 160 per sqm, plus VAT.
Honorius Prigoana, the son of Silviu Prigoana, is the majority shareholder of garbage collection group Rosal Group, with a stake of 67%.
