Deloitte Romania has appointed Dan Bădin Partner and head of the direct tax and transfer pricing consultancy. He started his consultancy career at Deloitte Romania in 2001 – 2002, and continued at PwC Romania to director level (2002 – 2010), where he became one of the main fiscal consultants for financial institutions. Over the years, he has built a wide exposure to direct taxation and international assignments, especially in the financial services industry.
