Developer builds 11 apartment blocks near Bucharest’s zoo
Real estate developer Impact Developer & Contractor (IMP) has contracted a loan of over EUR 7.8 million from Libra Internet Bank to finance the construction of 11 apartment blocks in the Greenfield neighborhood, near the Bucharest zoo.
In the first half of the year, the company recorded revenues of almost EUR 14 million. The developer earned over EUR 11.6 million from selling properties. The rental income totaled over EUR 167,000, up 14% compared to the first six months of 2015.
The company recorded a profit of over EUR 3 million, up 94% over the first half of 2015.
Impact is controlled by local investor Gheorghe Iaciu. The company’s shares are trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
