Dozens of hotels up for sale at the Romanian seaside
Dozens of hotels and other accommodation units located in Romanian seaside resorts were put up for sale by their owners for prices between EUR 70,000 and EUR 30 million.
The hotel complex made of Amfiteatru, Belvedere and Panoramic in the Olimp seaside resort is on sale for EUR 30 million, reports Mediafax. The complex was bought in 2008 by Romanian businessman Josef Goschy for EUR 30 million and now he wants to resell it. In 2012, he was asking EUR 60 million for the same assets.
Onix Hotel in Cap Aurora resort, also owned by Josef Goschy, is on sale for EUR 5.2 million. The hotel has 237 rooms.
Other hotels in Venus, Constanta and Eforie Nord are also up for sale. The list of assets for sale contains 45 properties, including guesthouses and camping areas, the cheapest being a guesthouse in Costinesti which is still in construction. The owner is asking EUR 70,000 for it.
The units are listed on spatiicomerciale.ro, a site launched by the imobiliare.ro portal.
