French Yves D’Arfeuille is the new head of the Property Management division for real estate agency DTZ Echinox. D’Arfeuille, who has been living in Romania for the last 10 years, has been previously working with Carrefour as general services manager, as well as with EMCT Romania, where he was involved in the development and management of Sun Plaza shopping center in Bucharest.

Yves holds a Master degree in the Management of Companies from the Clermont-Ferrand University in 2000.

DTZ Echinox currently manages a portfolio of 142,500 sqm of office and retail projects, featuring Shopping City Sibiu and Shopping City Suceava, property of Argo Real Estate and Baneasa Business Center, an office building owned by Dinu Patriciu Global Services.
