Dutch logistics developer CTP starts work on two new buildings in Romania
Netherlands-based company CTP, one of the largest investors in industrial and logistics spaces in Romania, has started the construction of two new buildings with a total surface of 68,000 sqm within the CTPark Bucharest West industrial park.
The investment amounts to EUR 25 million, and the project should be completed by next spring, said Remon Vos, CTP general director, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
CTP took over CTPark Bucharest West from Prologis in the second part of 2015. Earlier this year, CTP expanded the park’s built surface from about 100,000 sqm to 130,000 sqm. It now wants to add another 68,000 sqm.
CTP currently has a portfolio of class A industrial properties totaling over 500,000 sqm, after investing some EUR 250 million in Romania. It plans to expand its properties and reach 1 million sqm in the next two years.
