Prepaid service vouchers and cards solution provider Edenred România appointed Pierre Gagnoud as its new general manager, replacing Philippe Blecon from the beginning of February. Blecon was the General Manager of Edenred Romania for the last five years, and will move on as a GM for Edenred in Chile and Peru.

Pierre Gagnoud has been with the Edenred group since 2000, with various management positions in Eastern Europe. Before coming to Romania, he was as general manager of Edenred Slovakia between 2007-2009 and general manager of Edenred Hungary since 2010.

Edenred has been active in Romania since 1998, and currently offers six types of benefit vouchers: Ticket Restaurant (meal vouchers), Ticket Cadou (gift vouchers), Ticket Vacanţă (holiday vouchers), Ticket Creşă (childcare vouchers), Ticket Asist (social vouchers), Ticket Medica (healthcare vouchers) as well as the Compliments gift card. Over 30,000 companies in Romania use Edenred’s vouchers and cards in their employee benefits and social programs.
