Empty passenger train derails near Brasov blocking the railway to Sibiu
A passenger train operated by private carrier Regiotrans derailed on Wednesday close to the city of Brasov, in the center of Romania.
The train had no passengers on board, but the accident caused damages to the railway infrastructure, according to local portal brasovultau.ro.
The accident blocked the rail traffic in the area, and all trains going from Brasov to Sibiu had to be diverted through Copsa Mica.
