Enereco Romania leases 635 sqm in Baneasa Business Center in Bucharest
Engineering company Enereco SpA Romania has recently leased an office space of 635 sqm in Baneasa Business Center, in northern Bucharest, according to Dinu Patriciu Global Services (DPGS), the owner of the building. The contract was signed for a period of four years, and the transaction was intermediated by Esop.
Enereco Romania provides engineering services in the design of oil and gas plants and civil and industrial infrastructure. The company is part of Enereco SpA, which is currently present in 5 countries.
Baneasa Business Center is located in northern Bucharest and is currently 80 percent leased. The building has an office space of 9,700 sqm with nine floors and 132 parking spaces. Baneasa Business Center was built in two phases, completed during 2002, and 2003 respectively.
Established in 2008, Dinu Patriciu Global Properties is an investment holding company with a focus on investment and development in Germany, Romania and Central & Eastern Europe. Its main assets in Romania are the Lakeview office building, the Romana Offices, Cubic Center, Evo Center, Cascade Offices and Baneasa Business Center.
