Hungarian insurance broker Netrisk, owned by investment fund Enterprise Investors, has re-launched the Romanian online insurance website asigura.ro that it has recently acquired. Netrisk plans to be active exclusively on the online insurance sales market in Romania and has put aside a budget of EUR 1 million for the next three years to promote the website, according to Wall-street.ro. Enterprise Investors bought Netrisk Hungary in 2010 in a deal worth some EUR 23 million.

Netrisk wants asigura.ro to generate the sale of 50,000 insurance policies, mainly in the RCA, Casco, Porperty and health insurance, according to the company. Asigura.ro sells insurance policies from all insurance companies, offering the possibility to compare offers.
