Werk Property Group, one of the biggest real estate developers in Timisoara, western Romania, will invest EUR 30 million is a new class A office project with a leasable area of 26,000 sqm.

The project, called Vox Technology Park, will comprise two buildings with ten and seven floors, and will be delivered at the end of 2017. It will also include spaces for bicycles, a gym dedicated to tenants, a 3,500-sqm commercial area, several conference rooms, restaurant, food court, cafeteria, and a terrace on the top floor.

Studio Arca is in charge of the project’s architecture, Werk MB Construct is the general contractor, and Hafner Consulting provides the project management.

Werk Group is one of the largest real estate developers in western Romania, with an experience of over 13 years. It has developed more than 700 apartments in the last years, as well as tens of thousands of square meters of industrial, hotel and office spaces.
