Real estate developer Europa group, which has recently opened a pub in the old part of Bucharest, has also opened a second one, Trattoria Fedelini. The new unit, on Academiei St., lays out on 250 sqm and three floors. The opening comes two weeks after the opening of Dirty Harry's Irish Pub on Franceza St.

This is the second of a list of six locations on the food and bar segment for Europa Group. The developer usually owns and operates the buildings where the new restaurants and bars are opened.

Europa Group works on several projects in Romania, among which City Center Residence, Dona Block, Briliant Condominium, Parcul Carol complex and Europa Royale Hotel. Daniel Ticu is the head of the food & bar division with Europa Group. Karolis Paliulis is the deputy manager with Europa Group.
