European funds worth EUR 28 mln for Romanian universities
Romanian universities will be able to access European funds of over EUR 28 million.
The European Funds Ministry has signed seven financing contracts for research and development (R&D) destined for universities and institutes.
“We try to develop the R&D infrastructure by upgrading existing laboratories, by creating new infrastructure, including by building pan-European research infrastructure in Romania, by creating new jobs in research,” said EU Funds Minister Marius Nica.
The money will come from non-reimbursable EU funds.
