Exports grow more rapidly than imports for Romania in four months
Romania's commercial deficit reached EUR 2.7 billion in the first four months of the year, down 13.1 percent on the same period of last year, as exports grew more rapidly than imports. The deficit has reduced by EUR 476 million.
The trade with the European Union was of around EUR 7.9 billion in exports and EUR 9.8 million in imports, making the bulk of Romania's imports and exports, more than 70 percent in each case.
Cars and transport equipment were the most traded products, along with manufactured products.
