Romanian electro-IT retailer Flanco has concluded a partnership with logistic services provider KLG Europe Logistics Romania to rent a 10,000 sqm warehouse located near the Bucharest-Pitesti highway.

The space will become the retailer’s new central warehouse starting October. The company will thus double its storage space for its stores in Bucharest and will be able to reduce the delivery time to clients who order home delivery.

Flanco plans to have at least six zonal logistics centers by the end of this year, said Flanco CEO Dragos Sirbu.

The company currently owns operational centers in Iasi and Timisoara. It will open other zonal logistics center in Sibiu and Constanta by the end of May.

Flanco owns a network of 113 stores, located in 68 cities.
