Flights back to normal at both Bucharest airports

Flights at Otopeni and Baneasa airports in Bucharest were almost back to normal on Friday morning ( January 27 ), some flights had up to a 30 minutes delay and airplanes needed to be deiced, according to the National Airports Company in Bucharest. Yesterday flights were canceled due to the bad weather.
Meteorologists issued a code orange for blizzards in Bucharest and 17 counties in the South and South-East of the country, from Wednesday morning ( January 25 ) until Thursday ( January 26 ) at 18:00.
Highways and national roads in the country were closed down and 1,000 cars were snow-bound in different areas of the country.
