Former Romanian tennis player invests EUR 30 mln in Bucharest office building

Tiriac Imobiliare, a real estate developer owned by the Romanian businessman and former tennis player Ion Tiriac, will invest EUR 30 million in an office building in Bucharest, the construction work and the rental process having started recently, according to Ziarul Financiar.

The company received this year the building permit for the 11-storey building with a 18,000 sqm leasable area and began to prepare the future project that will be located on the Buzesti street, near the Victoria Square.

"The first phase began, namely planning. For this current stage we work with Apolodor, and in the first quarter of the next year we will start the selection process for the next phase constructor," said Tomas Manjon, Operations Manager with Tiriac Imobiliare.
