Four Bucharest office buildings welcome new tenants
Four office buildings in Bucharest recently welcomed new tenants. Two of the five transactions announced by Esop Corporate, the new business division of Esop Consulting, were leased in Sky Tower, the tallest building in Romania, while the other three were leased in Charles de Gaulle Plaza, Premium Plaza and River Plaza.
Proiect Bucuresti took 1,100 sqm in Sky Tower, while Bomax Group took some 580 sqm in the same building. A 516-sqm space in Premium Plaza was leased by by Ecrion Software International, while Monsson Invest leased a space of 185 sqm in Charles de Gaulle Plaza. Kruk Romania also completed a lease for 2,015 sqm in River Plaza.
“The Esop Corporate division recorded good results in the first part of 2014, as confirmed by the five transactions closed in class A and A+ premium buildings, with a total area of around 4,500 sqm,” said Mirela Raicu, manager corporate division and partner within ESOP Consulting/Corfac International.
She also estimates that the total volume of Esop transactions on the premium segment will exceed 11,000 sqm by end-2014.
