Four in five Romanians change TV channels during commercials

Most Romanian consumers (80%) avoid TV commercials by changing the channel during commercial breaks, according to a survey by iSense Solutions. Half of the people eat or smoke during the interval.

Romanians find TV commercials boring and repetitive.

During the TV commercials, 60% of the Romanians use the smartphone whereas 56% use the laptop or PC. They access social media or several games during this period.

Moreover, seven in ten people communicate with other people during the TV commercials.

At the same time, one in five Romanians have installed Ad Block programs to block the online advertising.
