Romanian students won four medals at this year’s edition of the International Earth Science Olympiad – IESO organized in Spain between September 22 and September 29, the Romanian Ministry of Education has announced.

Adrian Gabriel Murariu, Alexandru Zanca and George Costin Dobrin won silver medals, while the bronze medal went to Dianei Andreea Catana.

In total,  81 students from 21 countries participated at the 2014 edition of the Olympiad.
