Garanti Group Romania extends lease agreement in Bucharest’s Novo Park office
Garanti Group Romania has extended its lease agreement in the Novo Park office complex located in Pipera in northern Bucharest by five years.
Garanti Group, which includes GarantiBank, Garanti Leasing, Garanti Credite de Consum and Garanti Credite Ipotecare, occupies three floors in Novo Park’s building F, which has a total leasable area of 24,000 sqm.
The Novo Park office complex comprises seven buildings with a total leasable area of around 75,000 sqm and has an occupancy rate of 98 percent.
Some of the compound’s tenants are Hewlett-Packard (HP), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Mondelez Romania (formerly known as Kraft Foods), Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa, Luxoft and UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions.
Novo Park was developed by Genesis Development, owned by Romanian businessman Liviu Tudor.
