Genpact, one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Romania, is hiring 100 people a month and thus decided to launch its own recruitment platform for Generation Y and Millenials candidates, “who want everything with one click," reports local Wall-street.ro.

The youyourself.ro platform is based on the concept of “gamification” and community management, so young candidates can upload their video presentations instead of a classic CV and can connect to the platform via social networking accounts.

Genpact has over 2,100 employees in Bucharest and Cluj and ended 2013 with a turnover of over RON 315 million (EUR 71.4 million).
