German clothing retailer Takko opens new store in Bucharest
German retailer Takko opens a new store in Bucharest on September 4. Located in Vulcan Value Center, a project developed by New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), the new unit includes the retailer’s new fall collection.
With nearly 1,900 stores in Europe, Takko continues expansion on the local market, planning to reach a network of some 100 stores. The retailer is present in 40 cities across Romania, including Bucharest, Satu Mare, Oradea, Cluj-Napoca, Alba Iulia, Timisoara, Ploiesti, Craiova, Iasi and Constanta.
Vulcan Value Center is also set to open on September 4. It is located in the south-west of Bucharest, on the former Vulcan industrial platform, and will have a built area of 25,750 sqm, out of which some 25,000 sqm are covered by commercial spaces. The park also has 1,200 parking places.
