German company Kludi Romania records 13 percent growth in the first nine months of 2012
German bathroom and kitchen producer Kludi Romania has announced a 13 percent growth in business to EUR 1.4 million in the first nine months of 2012 compared to EUR 1.3 million in the same period last year.
Managing Director of Kludi Romania Florin Barabasi said he was pleased with the results, which met the company's estimates for growth. He also said that the firm's 'Smart Luxury' branding (described as affordable luxury) is proving a hit with Romanian consumers, with euro sales values of the brand rising 49 percent in the last 12 years.
For the entire year 2012, Kludi Romania estimates sales growth of 12-13 percent compared to 2011, while in 2013 the company anticipates a slight advance of the sales of 3-5 percent, compared to this year.
According to a recent study by BRG Consult, Kludi Romania increased its market share in 2011 to 2.81 percent (in units) compared to 2.47 percent in 2010, in a market that decreased between 1 and 1.5 percent in 2011, compared to 2010.
