Real-estate company Globalworth, founded by businessman Ioannis Papalekas, recently signed a lease with Elster Rometrics, the Romanian subsidiary of the German-based group Elster, for a space in Timisoara Airport Park, an industrial project near the Timisoara airport, according to a Globalworth report, cited by Economica.net.

Elster Rometrics has rented a 7,000 sqm area in the new facility in which Globalworth will invest EUR 5 million and which will be delivered in the third quarter of 2015, according to the contract. Elster wants to lease an additional 4,000 sqm area in the future.

The contract has been signed for ten years. Elster Group is the leading supplier of equipment for measurement and metering of water, electricity and gas.
