Getin Holding yesterday received the green light from Romania’s Competition Council to take over VB Leasing Romania and VBL Broker de Asigurari, the Council has announced.

The deal was announced earlier this year, but needed the OK from the competition authority. Polish Getin also owns Romanian International Bank S.A and Getback Recovery in Romania.
