GTC sells 10 apartments a month in Rose Garden project in Bucharest
Real estate developer GTC has sold 50 apartments in its Rose Garden residential project in Bucharest in the last five months and hopes to up monthly sales to 15 units in the coming period. GTC, which developed the project in partnership with Deutsche Bank, has seen an increase in demand for new residential units in the last six months, according to Shimon Galon, CEO of GTC Romania.
With prices ranging from EUR 53,000 VAT included for a studio, and EUR 69,000 for two – roomed apartments, the complex is already 70 percent occupied. Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania is the exclusive agent of the project. The compound close to Obor market features 11 blocks of flats, in total some 908 apartments.
GTC is also selling apartments in another residential compound in Bucharest, FeliCity. The developer also built the office buildings Europe House, America House and City Gate in Bucharest, as well as four shopping centers under the Galleria brand. The developer recently sold three of these shopping centers to focus on larger projects.
