American luxury brand Guess will open in November a store in Fashion House Outlet Centre in Western Bucharest, Brendon O’Reilly, managing director Fashion House Group, told local news agency Mediafax. This will be the American brand’s first such store in Romania.

Fashion House Outlet Centre, operated by Fashion House Group, opened in 2008 in West Park retail park. The center has a total leasable area of 20,000 sqm and attracted an investment of EUR 60 million.

Fashion House Group also plans to develop a second outlet mall in Bucharest in 2015.
