Trinidadian-German singer Haddaway will perform in Romania this autumn. The concert, which is scheduled for November 20 at Patria Cinema in Bucharest, starting 20:00, will include some of his biggest hits, such as What is Love, I Miss You and Life.

Haddaway, on his real name Alexander Nestor Haddaway, was born in 1965 in Trinidad. He launched as an artist in 1992 when he was signed by German label Coconut Records. His first single What is Love became very popular across Europe, reaching second position in charts in Germany and UK. By early-2004, worldwide sales of What Is Love reached 2.6 million. His second single Life also hit number two in Germany and its worldwide sales had reached 1.5 million by 1994.

The singer appeared in the Comeback reality television show in Germany in 2004, while a year later, he appeared on a similar UK show, Hit Me Baby One More Time.

Tickets for Haddaway’s concert in Romania cost between RON 100 and RON 250 and can be purchased from Adevarul and Eminescu bookshops, Flanco, Victoria and Muzica stores, Sala Palatului, Palatul National al Copiilor and Patria Cinema, or online from biletoo.ro, blt.ro, bilete.ro and myticket.ro.
