Almost half of the employers in Romania (47%) will grant holidays bonuses under various forms this year, according to a study of the online recruitment site BestJobs.eu.

Some 51% of them will grant bonuses between EUR 100 and EUR 500, and 4% will grant bonuses of over EUR 500 for holidays. Some companies will also organize parties or team buildings.

However, 19% of the respondents said that they won’t grant holiday bonuses, and that bonuses are related to performance targets and not to a certain period of the year.

The survey was made on a sample of 500 companies between October 31 and November 15.
