Bucharest's Herastrau park hosts outdoor cinema this summer
Movie fans in Bucharest will have an alternative to classic indoor cinemas this summer. The fourth edition of CinePark, the event that brings movies outdoor, kicks off today (July 3) in Herastrau Park.
For six weekends, Bucharesters will have the chance to watch some 30 movies in the special area arranged for them in the park. The program includes films from different genres, such as The November Man, Fury, The Girl Who Played With Fire, The Concert, and The Longest Weekend. The screenings will take place on Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays, starting 19:30.
Animation series for children will also be screened on Saturdays and Sundays, starting 18:30. More information about the program will be announced on the event’s Facebook page.
The entrance at the event is free of charge.
