Hospice Casa Sperantei organizes Big British Quiz Night

Hospice Casa Sperantei charity will organize a Big British Quiz Night on April 6, from 19,00 hours, at Mojo Music, in the Old Town in Bucharest. Those who want to have fun, listen to good music and pit their wits against the best brains in Bucharest can join the event (14 Gabroveni St.) Teams of two to six people are welcome to sign up for the event. The entrance fee is RON 10 and the funds will be donated to Hospice Casa Sperantei.  If you want to join, book your table in advance by sending an email to clare.morley@hospice.com; limited availability.

Hospice Casa Sperantei provides specialist care to children and adults with terminal or life-threatening illnesses. The Hospice was set up by Graham Perolls in 1992 and was initially active in Brasov. Every year the Hospice organizes a charity ball called Floare de Colt (Edelweiss). In 2008, the ball raised EUR 132,000 in donations.

The Great Big British Quiz was an interactive quiz based channel on which viewers where invited to phone in to solve puzzles in return for cash and prizes. It stopped broadcasting in 2007.
