Hotel chain Ramada opens hotel in Romania's Craiova
Hotel chain Ramada will open tomorrow its first hotel Ramada Plaza outside of Bucharest, in Craiova. It will be the 11th Ramada hotel in Romania and will have 162 rooms and apartments.
The four-star hotel has a main restaurant with 150 places, a gourmet restaurant with 80 places, a lobby, a lounge bar, a terrace with 100 seats, a 500-sqm ballroom, three conference halls, a business center, and a spa area. The price for a double room is between EUR 43 and EUR 88 per night at the Ramada hotels outside Bucharest.
Ramada has four hotels in Bucharest and one hotel in Pitesti, Brasov, Sibiu, Oradea, Cluj-Napoca and Iasi. The Ramada Plaza hotel in Craiova is located in the building of the former Jiul hotel in town, which is owned by former transport minister Radu Berceanu.
