HR firm Adecco moves Romanian headquarters to Skanska’s Green Court
Human resources consulting company Adecco signed a contract with Swedish developer Skanska to move its Romanian headquarters to the Green Court office compound in Bucharest. Adecco leased 920 sqm of Green Court’s building B.
Adecco is the building’s second tenant. French pharmaceutical group Sanofi leased about 2,200 sqm last year. Jones Lang LaSalle brokered both deals.
The building is in construction and will be finalised in June this year. It is currently 18% occupied.
Skanska is currently negotiating with retail group Carrefour, which would like to lease 6,000 sqm in the building to move its local headquarters, according to Ziarul Financiar.
Green Court building B has 12 floors and a leasable area of 18,000 sqm. The building also has 315 parking spaces in a three-level underground parking.
The Green Court office compound consists of three buildings with a total office space of 52,000 sqm. Skanska already sold the first building to real estate investment company Globalworth, for EUR 44 million. The building was almost fully occupied by Orange and Schneider Electric.
