Immofinanz gets EUR 31.4 mln worth of rents in Romania
Austrian group Immofinanz, one of the most important players in the local real estate market, posted a rental income of EUR 31.4 million from its assets in Romania between May and December last year.
The amount represents 20.1% of the entire rental income gained by the group in that period, excluding the properties in Russia. In total, Immofinanz gained EUR 156.7 million from rents between May and December last year.
The group’s properties in Romania were valued at EUR 843 million, at the end of December, representing 21.1% of the company’s total portfolio, without the assets in Russia.
The Immofinanz group includes companies in Romania, active in the lease of office buildings, such as Bucharest Corporate Center (BCC), Cora GS, Capri Trade, Global Trust, S-Park Offices, Italian-Romanian Industrial Development Enterprise - IRIDE, Immoeast Băneasa Airport Tower, and Baneasa 6981.
