Austrian real estate fund Immofinanz posted rental revenues of about EUR 23.5 million from its 15 projects in Romania between May 1 and October 31, a slight decrease compared to the same period last year, when it posted a EUR 24.4 million rental income, according to the Austrian group’s financial report.

Revenues from renting office buildings went down this year from nearly EUR 11 million to EUR 9.7 million, and those from logistics projects decreased from EUR 1.93 million to EUR 1.86 million, reports Wall-street.ro.

Shopping centers have recorded higher revenues compared to 2013, of EUR 10.2 million, up from EUR 9.8 million.

The group owns 82 properties in Romania -15 investments completed, 2 developing and 55 projects under analysis- with a value of EUR 957.5 million.
