Independent gas station chain launches in Romania
Rottco Synergy is a new chain of gas stations that has been created in Romania through the affiliation of several individual fuel retailers, according to Rottco Consult, a distributor of petroleum products controlled by Paul Pop, former director within the oil groups Rompetrol and Lukoil.
The first 30 gas pumps will be installed this week at the independent operators’ stations, and another 30 stations will be equipped by the end of the year or in January 2017.
Rottco Synergy has also launched the first fleet card system. It is the first Romanian independent company that offers such services in cooperation with private gas stations, according to a press release.
The stations are located on the main roads in Romania. Rottco Consult acts as an integrator, and finances a large part of the standardization and integration services within the project.
