Industrial park in South Bucharest sold by judicial liquidator

Judicial liquidator Euro Insol recently sold a logistic park in Southern Bucharest for some EUR 14.2 million. The park MLP Bucharest Sud from Popesti – Leordeni near Bucharest was sold to AGI-RRE Hera, on behalf of the bankrupt MLP Bucharest Sud, according to Wall-Street.ro

The park covers some 56.5 hectares, and hosts 12,000 sqm of buildings. The largest tenant is cosmetics producer Sarantis Group. The park was built in 2010 by Millennium Logistic Parks Group in Poland.

The local company became insolvent in April 2013, and bankrupt in October the same year. Alpha Bank is the largest creditor, with EUR 23.8 million, or 72% of its debt.
